>>Where do I send returns?

All products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from.
Products ordered from our Chinese CN warehouse must be returned back to the CN warehouse.

Note: Every products can be returned within 7 days after received your order.

>>The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 7 days after received your order and you will be responsible for all shipping fees. For more details on the return policy, please contact our Customer Service.

>>Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products are brand new and of high quality. If your order arrives damaged, not working or defect contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will usually resend the order or offer you a full refund.

>>Warranty terms and conditions

Note: Every products can be returned to repair with 90 days after received your order if any product quality problem and you will be responsible for returned shipping fee.


The products must be returned to Senzeal for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship, we will repair it. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired under our 90 days warranty.

We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 90 days. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair any Senzeal products that has ceased to function properly.


>>When can get my money back?

After we received your returned product, we will refund the money.

Please note that returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition, make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
