3.Altum Angelfish
Scientific name: Pterophyllum Altum
English name: Altum angelfish
It is native to the middle reaches and tributaries of the Orinoco River in South America. The upper part of its eyes is sunken, the end of the mouth is prominent, the body surface is silvery-white, and three wide black bands on the body are arranged in parallel. There is no obvious sexual character except for the breeding season, and the female fish usually has a thicker body shape during the breeding season. It is a kind of fish that has a mild temper and field-conscious fish. Weak acid soft water with a hardness of 1 to 5°dGH and pH 5.8 to 6.0 is suitable for them during the breeding season.
