In the process of making ornamental fish feed, some pigments will be added to meet the existing consumer habits, so that the appearance of the feed will look brighter and more attractive. In fact, the addition of these pigments has little to do with increasing the body's redness of the fish. These pigments only increase the ornamental of fish food. Of course, some fish also consider color as food. High-quality feed formula + astaxanthin + special process are the factors that have a bearing on the color of the fish. At present, there are two cases of pigments added to the commercially available ornamental fish feed.
